myOnvent is a platform for organizing and hosting a virtual event — a year of collaboration with great people. I helped optimize design processes, such as the organization of templates, design system, creating new and redesigning new feature, and even an attempt to integrate design tokens. And of course user testing

Design system

I organized the entire platform's components, colors, and typography and, optimized the design process and delivery, better communication with developers.

How do you know that your event was a success if you don't meet and see off the guests at the front door? Numbers! myOnvent collects these numbers in its dashboard. For the convenience of the organizer, he can export it to PDF for a report or presentation.So all data about each visit or reaction is collected by audiences, exhibitors, or interactions on the network.

Login flow

Login flow can be more ordinary, but when you must define roles and collect data, the most challenging here is not to bore your user.

Blog

Creating a blog page for a public page. Mainly for publishing articles to improve SEO. Also, to improve the reading experience, the optimal width of the containers has been selected.

Template

Figma templates for the marketing team. Internal and external, Docx and Google slide. I did all to optimization work with pixels. And the cherry on the cake is a short sample with tips to have the best experience.

Estimation plan

An estimate plan was developed to control the design and marketing processes. Time for the project was limited, and the three-point assessment helps make it as realistic as possible.

Pastry chefs turned out to be active mobile users; for this reason, special attention was paid to the pastry's account so that it was possible to add or edit a dessert without problems. We developed a constructor to help speed up and clarify all the order details to create an order.

Information architecture
